"Artful Stationery Co.," "we," "us," or "our" refers to our company, the e-commerce stationery store based in Chennai.

3. Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed through our website. Bulk orders can be made using the booking link provided. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the products. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI using Razorpay. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks and we follow all necessary cyber security protocols. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.

4. Pricing and Taxes

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be added at the time of payment according to the Indian Government's prevailing GST Laws.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within India. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
We are not liable for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for some defective or damaged products upon arrival within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage on arrival.

Returns for reasons other than damage on arrival will not be accepted and we may refuse to process returns for certain products due to the processing costs involved.

All return requests must be accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant shipping details.

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) we have the right to determine which products are eligible for returns.
