Artful Stationery Co. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping.

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures.

1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping within India. For US shipping, please contact harshini@artfulstationeryco.com 

We have opened up limited shipping to the US after popular demand. At this time, we unfortunately can not offer international shipping elsewhere.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

For Orders within Chennai: We may offer faster delivery service using a local partner if requested, and in that case, you may receiver your order within 1-2 days after processing.

For Orders outside Chennai: Our standard shipping method is India Post, which typically delivers within 3-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and shipping method selected. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

We offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 699/- only.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed within Chennai may be processed and dispatched within 1-3 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order on the courier service's website.

6. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders placed within Chennai may arrive faster. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may cause delays in delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier service will make additional attempts to deliver your order. After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange for re-delivery.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped to your location due to legal restrictions or logistical limitations. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

9. Shipping Updates and Notifications

We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process via email. You will receive notifications regarding order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and any updates or changes to your order status.
